Sales Taxes:

Sales Tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of New York and only on taxable items. Coffee is tax exempt.

Shipping Policies:

FLAT $ 3.00 SHIPPING CHARGE (UPS GROUND) within the continental United States for purchases totaling $ 65.00 and more.
A flat $ 8.95 shipment charge for orders below $ 65.00.

We usually process orders within two business days. UPS takes between 2 and 5 business days for delivery depending on the destination. In most cases you should expect delivery of the merchandise you ordered within 4/6 business days.

You will receive immediate confirmation of your order and of its unique number. Through that number you will be able to monitor, from our online facilities. both its shipping date and its UPS shipping status.


Returns:

All of our sales are final.

On equipment (coffee makers/pasta machines and similar items), we accept returns but only for defective merchandise. In this case, please contact La Fenice Distributing to arrange for a UPS pick-up of the item(s) to be returned. Defective merchandise will be inspected for defects and replaced with same.

Under no circumstances La Fenice Distributing will accept returns based on the fact that the product is not desired any longer.

In particular circumstances we will exchange products (if unused, in perfect conditions, in their original packaging) with other and different products. In this last case, if the customer bought the previous item(s) taking advantage of our free shipping offer, the customer will be responsible for $ 7.95 or the actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) to process the second transaction.
